Your Life, Your Choice

Happy Wednesday guys 😊 So I don't know if you have read my last post, but you should!! 😉 This one might make a tad more sense!

Anyways, instead of always writing about fitness and nutrition, I want to go a little bit deeper than that. I want to talk about how you can use the tools you gain from leading a healthy life, and live a truly fulfilling life. And that is ultimately found in Christ. But that doesn't just mean reading your Bible 24/7 and only playing worship music. While spending time in the Bible and worshipping God through song are major components to a full life, that's not all there is! God created us to worship Him. To live for Him. And you know what? God is glorified, honored, and blessed through so much more than music.

He's is blessed by us using the gifts HE gave us; by being in community with people; by living to our fullest potential ordained by God; by loving other people; by having meaningful relationships; by choosing joy; by laughing with others; by accomplishing tasks by His strength and for His glory; by taking care of the body He gave to us; and the list goes on forever.

God WANTS you to live a full and meaningful life! True fulfillment in found in Him alone, by relationship with Him. But our God is so, so good. He wants to bless you with not only the things you need, but also things you want. When we take joy in something God has given to us, we are blessing Him. I like to think of it as bringing a smile to God's heart 😊

He has called us each to different life ambitions. I want to run my own business. I want to run marathons. I want to love and inspire people. But maybe you want to excellently play an instrument. Or be the best parent. Or travel around the world. Or donate money to help those in need. We are each called to different things, but we all have this in common: a mission. We are all on a mission to honor the Lord, but in a variety of ways. I will never be a pro ice-skater or gymnast. I will never play in a world famous orchestra. Those aren't my callings. I made to run. Made to lead. Made to love. And we are all called to people of God.

This is the one, singular life God has so very graciously blessed you with. You have a choice to take ahold of the talents and gift-ings He has given to you. A relationship withGod should always be priority, but it is honoring to Him to live your best life.  He wants to take your hand and walk through life right next to you. He wants you to experience all the good things planned out for you. But you have got to choose. You have to choose to love and honor God. You have got to choose to use your limited time wisely. You have got to choose to live your best life, abiding in God's precious presence the whole way through.

Much, much love,
Hannah 💕
