Healthy Habits
So as some of you may know, I am a complete health freak- from fitness and food to organization and creating good habits. Lately I have been looking at new healthy habits to create, and I wanted to make a list to share with you:) Now a list of this size can be overwhelming, especially if you try to do it all at once (pro tip: DON'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pick out a few that you'd like to invest your time in, prioritize them, and slowly incorporate them into your routine;) ). Some of these are ones I do regularly, some I have just started, some I would like to do more regularly 😬 I'm not perfect, I mess up all the time, but the important part is to not become discouraged; if you have a bad day (or coughweekcough), you can't give up, you just gotta pick yourself up and have at it again;) Okay okay enough small talk, this is what you came here for: Drink Green Tea daily Wake up at a consistent time everyday (even on days off!)
