Choco-peanut Butter Protein Shake
I know, I know, chocolate and protein in the same sentence might seem like an oxymoron, but recent studies have shown that appropriate portions of dark chocolate is actually good for you! Recently, I have been craving chocolate, ice-cream, cookies, all the sort(but then again, who doesn't every once in a while???). I was determined to find a healthier alternative to a blizzard at Dairy Queen. Of course, it isn't wrong to indulge every once in a while, but I still wanted this to be healthy. So I was researching on Pinterest(follow me here !), and found a couple recipes, some including ingredients I do not have at the house (like Xanthan Gum????) , so I made up my own recipe.
