Brussels Griffon

So our friends got a new dog: it's a Brussels Griffon!!(his name is Buster)!!!!!! Those dogs are sooooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His face is slightly puggish, and his beard and mustache. I mean, COME ON!!!!!!! Who wouldn't want to have a little bearded, pug-like creature running around your house!!! Anyway, Brussels are small dogs, probably about 8-13 lbs. But they are not fragile! They are very sturdy, but small children should not handle these dogs unsupervised, due to there small size. Their body is somewhat square, and they have(like I mentioned earlier) a very bushy, expressive face, almost human-like! Brussels Griffons are generally healthy, and can thrive in apartments, as long as they get daily walks/exercise. They can have smooth or rough coats, and come in 4 colors: red, belge(black and reddish brown), black, and black and tan. You should brush the smooth coats weekly, but rough coats should be professionally hand stripped. Also, start training this dog early! Overall, these are super cute pets and would just love to cuddle up in your lap!
