A weekend of Soccer, College, and Matcha Lattes

So I was able to go up to see my school(and my sweet boyfriend:)) compete for 1st in the 1A district championships!! Because it was a late game, we spent the night up in Portland, and spent a majority of the next day exploring the Adidas HQ, and Pacific University!! Aka, my dreammmm college!:) It was so exciting to explore the campus, I even got a shirt! :D
 
Oh and we stopped at a little place for coffee, and I ordered a Matcha Latte :)) it was super yummy, not to mention beautiful:) 

Anyways though, it was such a fun trip, so awesome to see my baby rock the championship game, which they won!!

Welcome (back) to my blog! Today's post is all about food- YUM! To tell the truth, I absolutely love chicken. But some people don't, and I don't always make the time to cook up chicken; I also think it's better to switch up your sources of protein throughout the week to get a wider variety of different nutrients. So today I bring you THREE other sources of protein that isn't chicken! Before that however, I want to say that I make what I call "protein bowls" for lunch 95% of the time; it is basically a salad with a lot more protein!
