Happy 2014!!! Or 2013s!!!!

So, Happy New Year to all of you!!!!! Whether you call it 2014 or 2013s(according to Apple), I wish you a super duper Happy New Year!!!! It's the time of the year where you make a New Year Resolution. Maybe it's a long term goal(like running a half-marathon at the end of the year) or maybe it's shorter, like walking your dog everyday(hint hint). My goal this year is to be a more Christ like person. I want everybody to look at me and think that I am a Jesus freak! My friend has this really cool shirt(I want it SO much!). On the front it says "I could be caught dead wearing this" and all of this information on the back! It is really cool. So what's your New Years Resolution?

Welcome (back) to my blog! Today's post is all about food- YUM! To tell the truth, I absolutely love chicken. But some people don't, and I don't always make the time to cook up chicken; I also think it's better to switch up your sources of protein throughout the week to get a wider variety of different nutrients. So today I bring you THREE other sources of protein that isn't chicken! Before that however, I want to say that I make what I call "protein bowls" for lunch 95% of the time; it is basically a salad with a lot more protein! They are so delicious, low relatively low in calories, and chock full of nutrients.
