Children of the World
O.K., I'll admit it, this post has nothing to do with dogs(unlike the "What is a Friend?" post; that one had dog parts in it). But this was a really neat expierience and I wanted to share it with you guys. But first, meet the stars of this post: Jabez(left) and Francis(right)

In the beginning of the year,(sometime, I don't know exactly when it was, my dad is on the computer right now trying to figure that out)(it's March, I just now found out) our church(Family Church of Sutherlin/Green) was sponsoring a group of children from the Philippines, Nepal, and Uganda. They travel around the US to different churches, performing different dances for everyone in the church. It was sooooo exciting! We were one of the families who were SOOOO blessed to have two of the children stay at our home!!!!!!! So, after school, my mom picked us up to go get the children who were staying at our home. When we got to our church, all the children were playing at the park next to the church. My mom, Titus, and I went to go play with the children. Francis was playing Frisbee with some of the other children. He was SOOO good! My mom started playing Frisbee, then my brother, then me!!! We weren't very good, but we had fun!!! After that, it was time to take our kids home!!!! We went inside the church, and other people started to arrive. The children we had were both boys; Francis was from Uganda, and Jabez was from the Philippines!!!! We got to spend 2 1/2 days with them(we even got to skip school!!!!!!!!)!!!!!! It definitely was not enough time to get to know these wonderful children!!!!!! On the night they arrived, we went to get ice-cream!!!! We all got pictures of us eating ice-cream!!!!!! The boys were supposed to sleep on the sofa, but Francis thought the chair was much more comfortable!!!! =D The next day,(this was the day we got to skip school!!!!!!) My dad took Titus(my brother), Jabez, Francis, and me to the park!!!!!! All us kids played tag, and the boys were really good at it! Then we went to the Wildlife Safari in Winston, OR. We all had soooo much fun!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I wanted to go to school to get my make-up work, so the boys got to see where we go to school. Then when we got to the house, Jabez and I played pick-up-sticks(he is realllly good, too!!!!!!!!) Then Francis went to sleep in the chair, Jabez on the sofa, and the rest of us in our beds. The next night was their performance, and it was soooo cool!!!!!!! The girls and boys, all dancing together to worship God, it was A-MA-ZING!!!!!!!!!! When we got home, my mom had the boys draw a picture so we could remember them. Then, sadly, they left the next morning to go to the next church. But it was soooo much fun!!!!! I wish we could do it again!
